Happy Feet does not stand behind there product
We had our kitchen living room and dining room floors redone with Happy Feet Blockbuster Hollywood. The flooring was installed directly over top of existing hardwood floors. Two days after it was installed we called back our contractor because the floor was coming apart in two places. They thought maybe it was never set properly. That was not the case. It has now been about 10 months and 60 percent of the floor is now coming apart on both long and short seams. The contractor contacted Happy Feet and they sent out an independent inspector. The inspector said that in one area the floor was flat to 9/32” gap in 3’. That exceeds the 3/16” that they allow. That was one spot of the entire floor so now they are stating it was installed incorrectly. Since it was installed incorrectly they will not cover the floor even though the area in which they are referring is one small area of the 35’ by 25’. I. Which now over 60 percent has come apart. Happy Feet will find anything they can to not stand behind there product. I would not recommend them to anyone.
