Designer Consultation

Important Information:

- Our design consultation is through e-mail communication, but you may receive a call to verify certain criteria.

- Please provide pictures in space provided on the form, showing wall colors, furniture colors, or any other colors you are trying to coordinate.

- If your project is less than 4 weeks out, we will not be able to accommodate your request.  Sample selection, ordering of materials and shipping does not allow us enough time to make professional, accurate suggestions.
